The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has considered:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 392                                                            
"An Act relating to continuances for temporary placement hearings             
that follow emergency custody of a minor; and amending Rule 10,                
Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules."                                            
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HES)                                                
"An Act relating to continuances for temporary custody hearings               
that follow emergency custody of a child; and amending Rule 10,                
Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules."
